Nobody remembers the last time Northwestern won its own 7v7 tournament. Well, they won it this year. 15 teams from both North and South Carolina. Shelby, South Point (Belmont), Burns (NC), Independence, Blythewood, Rock Hill, Clover, and others. Trojans don’t excited about wining 7v7, but it is encouraging that the secondary is able to hold up without the front four. Looks like our back end may be better than average which is a great sign because our front 7 is going to be phenomenal this year. Expected the offense to be good and played down 2 starting receivers. Also won a smaller at Boiling Springs last week.
