Anthony Frate is one of the best defensive coaches in the state

Yes He is Frate took over calling the Defense this Season and it has made a big difference from last season

Easy there killer you’ve beat Palmetto & Easley. P’ville has lost heartbreakers to Seneca & Abbeville. We’re thin at depth, have key players out for the season and depending on some young guys to step up. I expect Wren to be favored and probably to win esp being at your place. Frate is a great coach, I’ll leave it at that.

It's Funny how now that you have lost 2 games it's Different before season started everyone including coaches said this was a Big Senior class and was loaded with talent. Powdersville has struggled stopping the Run in Both of there games Wren Returns QB that was Region 1 3A Offensive Player of year last year Rushed for over 200 yards on powdersville and RB that had 4 tds .
I have had several powdersville parents say they are worried about there small DBs trying to cover Brock and Carson

I haven’t seen powdersville play this year. I’ve watched wren live once and on tape twice. There are vulnerable to the deep ball. But I have no clue how the Patriot passing game is this year. Wren has more size and depth this year.

Ddub14 you better have a good wr if your going Deep on Ramey ,Morgan and Lewis They are Racking up interceptions in the first 2 Games . Yes Wren is alot Bigger and Faster with more Depth . Adding Brock is Really going to help open up the offense as season goes on

I saw Christ church go deep on them several times at the Chapman scrimmage Their problem was size and depth up front. They have zero business in 3a. I do think wren is much improved from last year though. Their true test will come vs westside later on.
