Congrats, Greerfan1!

Boys I'm speechless, truly. Felt all the emotions with this one, I know it's just high school football and it shouldn't matter this much, but brought this grown man to tears tonight. 24 years of frustration, and we finally beat them again. I doubted us going into the game because of the recent history against those pesky Rebels but my goodness we left it all on the field tonight. I hope this victory propels us into a successful playoff run.

For at least one year we will have bragging rights, I hope everyone that loves Greer football or just dislikes the Rebels enjoys this one tonight.

Congrats on the W. Greer dominated that game.

As I've said many times, talent isn't the issue at Byrnes, losing the transfer hasn't causes this downturn in the program. It's a lack of leadership at the top, plain and simple. Until there is a change, more of the same will be coming.

Byrnes needs to go down to White Knoll and make Nick Pelham and offer he can’t refuse. With the talent seemingly always available at Byrnes he would get them back amongst the elite

Leave Pelham alone. He needs to return to DF when TK retires!!
I suspect he is going to turn WK into a force in their own right.

Wouldn’t be a good decision on his part. He could go to Byrnes, Dorman when it pops open again, or even the small chance of getting the Gaffney job, and put his own dynasty together at places where we all know it can be done. Other than comfort level, what is his upside on taking over for Knotts? He could go 15-0 and folks would say just imagine what Knotts could have done with that team. And he would never get credit for anything they might do as the program would always be credited to Knotts

Gaffney ain’t gonna pony up the money…that bunch does everything athletically on the cheap, then regrets it later.. The new board just last week made a 4 million dollar mistake..
