You beat me to the draw on this one. I am looking forward to it as well. It is Wren's first trip to Varner Stadium since 1977. I am expecting a fantastic game between two really good teams. Regardless of who wins or loses, I do think both sides will gain a lot from playing each other. I will say, our strength on defense is against the run where we have been very good. Wren has a tremendous secondary. So something will have to give.

Wren will Definitely Rely hard on the Run with QB and RB getting close to 300 + yards together most weeks. But They have a very Good Big Athletic WR core . Yes There Secondary is Strong across even with the 2 sophomores. The Defensive line is Strong and fast with Sanders and the Obryan Brothers

We are enormous physically. Our biggest team probably in 30 years. We have never been known to be especially big physically but we have a great crop of size to go with our athletes. We are deep at receiver and TE. Some of our size...

DL across the front four:
6'4" 230
6'4" 205
6'3" 300
6'2" 210

LBs
6'2" 215
6'1" 205
5'11" 180

RB:
6'2" 200

TE:
6'6" 230
6'4" 195

OL averages 280. Attached a photo of our OL with our RB. We have one corner that is 6'3" 180 but the other corner is smaller. Safties decent size. 6'3" 170 and 6'0" 170.

Give me the Wolverines in this one. This team is one of the most slept on squads in the upstate. Well coached and these kids play with Juice! Good to see Woodruff playing good ball. It's good for the upstate! Wren is solid but will have some issues with the offensive balance of Woodruff. Gonna be a good ball game.

I tend to agree. Our balance is astounding. Through four games we average 222 passing yards and 255 rushing yards. And are averaging 470 yards per game as a team.

Your saying Wren will have trouble with Woodruff offense? Woodruff has to stop Wrens Offense That offense can score in so many ways. The only thing slowed it down at all last week was the pouring Down Rain. Both Teams Returned almost all Starters Both with 2nd year with new coaching staffs. We will see what happens we Heard this same thing last year in the playoffs Wren had Back ups playing in the 4th Quarter.

Against a brand new team with 18 new starters including 12 sophomores and a freshman. They got older, bigger, stronger, and better as tends to happen. Take us lightly if you want. Feelings will get hurt. We are a legitimate state title contender.

You act like Woodruff is the only Team that got older Bigger Stronger and Faster. Wren Returns as many or more Starters from last year's Team . Last year was First year ever Running that style offense So of course it got Better . State contender Because you Barely Beat Clinton and Fountain inn and Beat Emerald and woodmont . Ok BHP By 30+ in the playoffs
