Falls can be life changing for us older folks.

they replaced th home side stands in around 2017 and the path up steps were placed half of the up steps are in way of the step to the seat rows, so as I turned to sit down my foot got caught on that half up step up and caused me to fall backwards between the seats, I was fast enough to catch my fall with the inside of my arm. as always the blood thinners make it worst, then I have to sit and see if I feel strange and always worry about a fall cauing my insides to bleed with the thinners, felt ok, always a life or death judgement call on me to decide.
