Woodruff vs Broome 11/8/2024

Wolverines end the regular season at home on Friday against old rival the Broome Centurions. Broome has fallen on hard times and are 0-3 in region play. It will be 0-4 after Friday. Woodruff smoked Union County and UC beat Broome. Wolverines held Chapman to 10 points and they put 49 on the Centurions. This one ought to get out of hand early. Woodruff is already locked into a first round matchup with Pendleton and this will be a final tune up to the playoffs.

In all honesty, any team that lost to Union County has to be bad. I see Woodruff's starters getting PLENTY of rest in this one. Might be what Newberry had last week with a running clock and shortened quarters.

The loss of the stud RB Mcgill to MVP has basically depleted Broome! I could see them being a pretty decent team with him!

Broome is bad. And it has to be reasons besides McGill leaving. Fleming is a good coach with a good staff. They most be having more talent issues than the obvious.

i'm waiting until the playoffs to make a bet with you. can't wait to watch my BHP bears play yall. I'll take "how bout them bears" heads up for a dinner!!

Tim, you know the great Wolverines will beat BHP by 70 at half time and the Bears will go back down the road sad.

Exactly! and if not, it's the refs fault b/c woodruff was clearly the better team!

Woodruff would have about 80 state championships if not for those refs. They've never lost a game clean
