Daniel vs South Pointe

Your team’s season is often judged by if you get to practice on thanksgiving and after a great battle with RNE last week the Lions will now host a great South Pointe team for a chance to play for the upperstate championship.
The Lions and Stallions have played 3 times before, 2010,15, and 18. Only in 2015 was it not close but 10 and 18 the games were tough and gritty games. I have a feeling we can see a high scoring game like in the 18 game which I was lucky enough to be apart of (HE WAS IN).
Both teams are incredibly talented with great QBs and this one will come down to coaching and discipline. May the best team win.

I'm cheering for Daniel this week! Go and represent our terrible region LOL!
But it all seriousness, South Pointe absolutely whopped us the other night, they're really good!

The Lions season unfortunately comes to an end with a 49-35 loss to South Pointe. The South Pointe RB gets all the game balls tonight for the Stallions running for I think 485 yards and 6 TDs. Definitely not fun to see our team get gashed constantly by him but still very impressive by that player and his big boys up front.
Daniel finished the season with an 11-2 record and it’ll be interesting to see how things will be next year losing a lot more players on both sides of the ball but overall it was a good season but leaving the last box of core team goals unchecked is gonna sting for the players coming back.

Enjoyed watching this game last night. Hicks ran all over and that 485 isn't counting another 80+ yard TD run that was called back early in the game. He's got breakaway speed but will truck you even though he's small. Should be lots of fireworks next week between both offenses.
