He's had 4 head coaching (Westwood, North Augusta, Chesterfield, and now Saint Andrews) positions and an AD (Marlboro County) position since 2020 if i'm not mistaken.

Talk about a difficult job...that's a tough place to win. The campus is old and run down and Lauringburg isn't exactly an appealing destination. Recruiting is difficult because the school won't let athletes bundle athletic and academic scholarships. You can get one or the other. Most athletes end up paying more than $30k per year. They do have a great equestrian program, however.

Chesterfield already has a great coach on staff. If Coach Dixon doesn't get it, something is wrong with the admin there.
Dude has waited his time and is a great guy and coach.

I would rather be a high school head coach but that's just me.
