It wasn't a tournament. Just a group of teams that got together to play 7 on 7. I know Woodruff went 4-1. Ya'll were the only team to beat us. We played our backup QB all game against Gaffney and led with 5 seconds left. Ya'll scored on a deep Hail Mary as time expired to win. That is based on the updates I was getting from one of our parents.

We beat Woodmont, Broome, Gilbert, and Blythewood. We actually smoked Blythewood badly. Was told your big QB looked really good.

Gaffney went 5-1 with the only loss coming to Powdersville

From what i saw. Rock hill, Dorman, and Gaffney were the best teams there. All had 1 loss, Rock hills came to Dorman, Not sure who Dormans loss came to but did notice the new QB did not play in that game, and Gaffneys came to Powdersville.

7 on 7.... good practice I guess... when the QB is not running for his life from a monster DL rush. DF never seems to do great in those, just so so.

Dorman....anyone know what they are bringing back? They were not a bad team last season but not what Dorman expects.

Might be the best team they have had since the deep playoff run with Curtis. Defense is loaded, offensively should be better but time will tell.

How did Powdersville look? Will be an interesting season. Lost 4 of 5 OL to graduation and key skill players. On the flip side the QB returns, and at least 3 skill players that missed last season due to injury. I still think if we'd had 2 of those 3 injured our season might've looked a little different.
