I'm guessing those buses passed each other on US-17 near Jacksonboro....
twice.

I think the home team is responsible for making arrangements, scheduling officials, ect... and since neither AD thought he was the host I'm guessing that none of those arrangements were made and nobody except the teams (and some parents) were inconvenienced.
