OT Rebel Regiment Upper State Champs!

Congrats to RR for winning the 2014 Upper State. And Congrats to the GREENWAVE Band for winning State! By a difference of .025 in the judges scoring. Both bands were Awesome! 
I know it's not the same but kind of understand how Cav fans feel this morning
