The first couple paragraphs of that article sum it up pretty good. Our defense gave up 3 TDs in the first half. Ridge View shut down our aerial attack (rain assist). We continue to stall in the red-zone.
What the article doesn't mention is how flat our kids looked. Yes, it was raining and a little windy. The band wasn't there and the stands were sparsely populated with parents and a few die-hards. A majority of our team looked like they really didn't want to be there. No spark at all, just going through the motions.
