2A Projections after Week 9

Just letting you guys know that I am working on it...
I have sent several emails to find out the tie-breaking procedures for each region.

So far I have answers from:
2A-1:
2A-2:
2A-3: Got a response, think I will have this one tomorrow. If not I will try emailing others.
2A-4: No response yet, I will try emailing some other sources tomorrow.
2A-5:
2A-6:
2A-7:
2A-8: No response yet, I will try emailing some other sources tomorrow.

There are a few regions in my projection that have a 3-way tie.
Finding out how these 3-way ties are settled is necessary to make an attempt at being accurate.
Hope that I can post something soon...

I think that I have tie-breakers for 7 out of the 8 regions. Will have to double check my email.
It might me 6 of 8.
I should be able to put something together for next week.
