LAURENS AT GREENWOOD

i will go to this game next Friday.i am a GREENWOOD fan but
i know coach CHRIS LINER at LAURENS not only as a coach but
as a friend.i hope LAURENS wins this one.GO GET'EM RAIDERS.

Wish I could go to this game because I know Coach Pippin and the preparation and detail he puts into each game. I am pulling for Greenwood in this one, especially after the big confidence builder his team got last week!!

I am going to the game and I think Greenwood wins 24 to 17. I think this is going to be a great game and I know after last week the Eagles will be a confident bunch looking to add another w to the win column and clinch a playoff berth. I wish the Eagles the best of luck.

This season has been rough for Greenwood. They've already lost two games to region teams that hasn't beat Greenwood in 17/18 years in Hanna and Easley. Laurens is another 17 year streak that's on the line. Some people say "well region one is much improved ". I agree but they haven't beat us in nearly two decades though lol. Greenwood has had a few and I mean VRRY few slip ups in Region 1 over the years which created the mentality of losing ANY region game was completely unacceptable. I guess we're just spoiled to say the least lol. This is the first time I've ever had to post about Greenwood fighting for a playoff birth.

Now that the venting is over, Gwood/Laurens will be a good game. Hopefully my Eagles pull it out and advance to the playoffs. We beat Dutch Fork and blast formally undefeated fith ranked Westside but can't beat Hanna or Easley so the hell if I know what will happen tonight lol. I just hope we win.

Some years are just bad years, it happens besides all good things must come to an end. I think Greenwood will be fine tonight especially after last week given the magnitude of the win. If this game were not being played at Babb stadium I would be worried but since the Eagles are at home I feel they will get the win. I can't wait to see what Greenwood does in the playoffs starting in 2 weeks.
