Goes for 342 and 5 TDs and has Okie State perfect...........but he is not "good enough" to be offered by South Carolina.
And you wonder why a dumpster fire of a program exist down in Columbia. It is going take years to catch back up.

All depends on who they choose as the next head coach. Luckily, it is now a better position than it was when Spurrier took over. He did a lot for the chickens. Fuente is the best option available.

They didn't want Ouinshad Davis/Gaffney at S.Carolina and he wanted to go there...Despite being targeted the least of the WR's in Chapel Hill...He is now the all-time career leader in receptions and TD for the Tarheels...On subject....Mason's deep ball was on the money yesterday...I hope the Cowboys run the table in the Big 12..but Baylor and OK are gonna be tough..

Huh? Why would South Carolina offer Davis if they didnt want him??? Last time I checked teams didn't offer someone whom they werent interested in. South Carolina was hot after him. Shawn Elliot was actually his recruiter who offered him and the GAmecocks were one of the first to puill the trigger on him. He was all about UNC from the start.

We will just have to agree to disagree on this one. I have heard from those within the Gamecock program that this "greyshirt" thing came out after USC got commits from Shaq Roland and Kwinton Smith. From what I have heard, USC didn't offer a greyshirt. But, it all comes down to he said/she said.

Davis spent 2 years waiting on that USC offer, it never came, they offered Roland they year before and were thinking he was the better option, after Davis made a run that they couldn't resist, THEN they offered the Greyshirt. That's facts! I love USC, but the mistake was made on that one. I think kids like Rudolph and AJ Green were never the type to want to play at USC anyway, some kids just don't think the two programs in the state are big enough for them, in my opinion, that's how those two felt. Just like Dunlap, Bouleware, the kid down at Goose Creek etc.. some kids just think they are too big to play in state, they want to go to a place where they'll have a shot at a national title... I hate it but this run by Clemson will pull them far and away in state, I don't know what will get USC there again.. you kind of need a connection to a national title to get these kind of players, Spurrier winning it before gave that zeal. People don't really think that but kids aren't really that deep of thinkers, they see someone who has won it all and they feel that they have a chance.
