Pick the WE ARE ALL IN ONE BRACKET Bracket.
It's slow today, so I took the 32 teams that made the playoffs and seeded them according to "MY" own criteria... doing my best to split it "UPPER STATE" and "LOWER STATE". I had to take some geographical liberties with Region 4 & 5 to keep it balanced, but it's close enough for this purpose.
