Credit the Falcons Cole Martin, who broke Justin Worley's state passing yardage record by 101 yards. Martin finished the season with 5416 yards.

Congratulations to that young man! Quite an accomplishment.

Nation Ford was a very improved football team this year especially on the defensive side of the ball.
Nation Ford's defense was 52nd out of 52 in 4A giving up 48 points per game last year.
They improved to 29th this year giving up 25 points per game.

The Nation Ford offense ranked in the top 10 in points per game in 4A this year (36 points per game).
Last year they were just a few spots outside the top 10 averaging 31 points per game.

Not to mention the W-L record improvement of 2-10 last year to 9-5 this year.

NaFo was actually 2-9 last year, losing their last 8, and lost their first 2 this year before turning things around.
