It was a good game. Both teams made some mistakes. Gaffney was able to convert 2 fumbles into 14 points, which was the difference in the game.

We are really proud of our young Trojans, who overcame a lot of adversity this year. They played their hearts out for the current staff. They grew a lot this year as individuals and as a team. Looking forward to next year.

Any idea if the interim head coach has any chance to be hired permanent?
Or do you expect them to start a larger search?

Gaffney vs. Hillcrest for the 2nd time this year...
Gaffney dominated the 1st meeting 42-7.

Not sure about the defense, but I believe 7 or 8 starters return on offense. We only lose one wr, North South wr Jordan Started, and a few linemen.

Interim hc doesn't want the job. Personally, I don't know of any potential rumors of a new hc. One rumor has the Shelby NC coming to NW, but others have him going to Gaffney after Jones leaves at the end of this year.

We shall see.
