I have e-mailed all the 5A schools.
Here is what I have so far, i will add more games as I get responses.
Please Reply with any games and I will add it to the list.

NOTE: WEATHER PERMITTING, dates and times could change due to weather
*Admission to all Football Spring Games is free but many schools would gladly accept donations.

From the local paper, Tue May 15 2018:

The Trojans' spring football game is scheduled for Thursday, May 17 at District Three Stadium, but a rainy-looking forecast may lead to its cancellation. Rock Hill High should have better conditions on May 23 for its scrimmage at D3 at 5:30 p.m. South Pointe hosts its spring scrimmage the following night, May 24, at 6 p.m.
