2. If a simultaneous catch was the call, Tyland Lindsay was out of bounds before Reggie Harris got his toes in; incomplete.

If you are pulling for the Cavaliers. The Dorman DB clearly had control of the ball, so it should be an incomplete pass because his foot was out of bounds.
