Division I and/or Division II - just fill us in on who and why you think they will be contenders.

Things like who is back from last season would also be a good way to bolster your claim along with other real facts (something we didn't always see in the past).

Maybe get bold and list the Region Champs....

I honestly believe Byrnes has a GREAT possibility to win state this season.

If we have some youngster's step up on the defensive end. I think Gaffney should be in the hunt. If Shaq and Hyleck live up to their billing, we should be fine on the offensive end. Yes Shaq can throw, in fact he can sling it pretty dang well. Looking forward to see how he does this year. Hyleck imo, is the most underrated player in the state. All depends on if the kids have their heads on straight. Hate to say it, but this is Gaffney.

Others......We know Byrnes will be strong. Greenwood.....a lot like Gaffney, they reload with athletes. Dutch Fork.... To good a coach to drop far. Goose Creek....seems they a great thing going on down there and got a feeling, like Gaffney and Greenwood, they reload with athletes........NW and their dink and dunk offense. Look for Summerville to make a come back as well....Really don't know why, other than it's like the sea. A big wave is coming sooner or later.

Good luck and great health to everyone.

We're losing a handful from the D-Line, someone will have to step-up and own the quads and snares and we'll have to reload the rest of the pit with rising freshmen and sophomores. We have a good middle school program, I'm sure we'll be fine. Our biggest loss is our Booster President, his oldest is graduating and the younger one plans to drop band in favor of competitive cheer,...which will leave us without one of our regular trailer haulers. ;)

It will come down to the same teams as it has been the last few years in both classes, sure there is the possibilities of a spoiler showing up like any other year. I just think the same 4 or 5 teams that have been in the hunt the last few years will continue to be the same teams in the hunt this year.

Spartanburg may be the spoiler due to the training their coaches have received the past few years in how to run a power house program, We will see how much they learned very soon. :D

Dude, your ego has to be bigger than your brain can comprehend. Like the old saying goes, I would like to buy you for what you are worth and sell you for what you think you are worth. :D :D :D

If we stop harassing B1 for a minute we will see he does make a valid point. There are a few coaches on that staff that have had success and (here comes the big part) worked together so the transition could prove to be more smooth than most think. As far as the coaches there are concerned they are good but they are imitators not innovators. They will be fine until the game is taken to another level, at that point they will be less effective.

By the way, I didn't mean to stop harassing him altogether. That would be absurd, just give him a minute on this one issue.
