A great game played by good teams in tough conditions. Now that Union has opened everyone's eyes there will be nay sayers that say we should not be in 3A and we don't deserve to be there. To them I say that these kids have worked just as hard as anyone in this state to be where they are and you should be ashamed. The rules the HSL set in place qualify us to be in the classification we are in and our coaching staff and players have done the rest. If you want to look at our scores and game notes we were in knock down drag outs with anyone in the region that was any good. This past Friday at Chapman was no different. I am so proud as is the whole community of what these kids and coaches have done. Now looking on to what will be another challenge vs Chester it should be a good one at Union County Stadium and we are sure it will be packed out. Come on out for a great football game.

you are correct, the kids have worked hard and your coaches did PETITION for y`all to be in 3A. With that being said, there`s nothing anyone should be ashamed of.

I never said they did not all I said was that obviously someone agreed with them which is why we are in AAA.

Yes, the threat of several lawsuits is what got y'all in 3A.

Union County was the one with the lawsuit against them along with the SCHSL from Spartanburg 1 (Chapman), 2 (Chesnee), 4 (Woodruff), Lauren's 56 (Clinton), Greenwood 50 (Emerald)
