Outside the box hire, but with him being the 3rd head coach in 3 seasons, I am sure continuity and someone who isn't looking to leave for a different job was a consideration. Not that one can blame Baker for taking the LC job. He has history there and I am sure there are better resources.

Looks like a good hire for T-ville.
