He likes to move.

Um... he doesn't "move".... he just takes different jobs and drives different routes.

Smarter that way. Don't have to keep buying and selling homes when you move every three years.

Since 2001... Fairfield twice, Sumter, OW and Irmo. That's 5 stops in 18 years, right? Or am I missing one?

Manning will be his 8th coaching stop in his 24 years as a head coach.

Manning, Irmo (5 years), Sumter (1 year), Blythewood (2 years), Fairfield Central (3 years), Orangeburg-Wilkinson (2 years), Fairfield Central (4 years) and Kingstree (7 years)

I think this is his last stop. In hindsight, he probably shouldn’t have left Sumter, but you don’t leave Irmo for Manning for any other reason besides family and looking towards retirement back near your hometown. Heck of a coach though. Manning has talent and they just built a new weight room a couple years back. He’ll do a good job...as always
