Who is the best returning quarterback in the state for the 2019 High School Football Season?

Great question and topic...Take a look at the QB from Chester HS,,,,Only a 10th grade player....Already a State Champion,,,,,

Kid at Chester will be good, but nowhere close to best in the state at this point. Chester had a bunch of good players on that team last year. With that offensive, and defensive lines leading the way. As far as the best QB? Got to figure Doty at Myrtle Beach appears to be at the top of the list. Outside of him, I havent seen anybody as good as the kid at Chapman.

How does Ty Olenchuk from Dutch Fork compare?

Excellent QB. May throw the best deep ball in the state. Don't think he is as good all-around as the other two, but is worth a mention.

The knock on Olenchuk is he has never had to really put the team on his back and carry them. Since he took over, Dutch Fork has had the best talent every game. Plus, Olenchuk has avoided many of the football camps (due to his Clemson baseball commitment), so he hasn't had the chance to compete against other top QBs. He doesn't have any bigtime football offers, but part of that could be his Clemson baseball commitment.

South Aiken is breaking tradition this up coming Season with a African American Quarterback, he might just surprise some people with his skills.
