Nope not going to beat df imo but we are solid our defense looks strong our offense has some work to do but we are one of the best teams in the state.I still think Dorman and df are the head of the class with gaffney and byrnes right behind.

In two games, Greer and Northwestern, we really have nothing to base any thing. Northwestern is struggling so beating them, while it was at D3, is not something to be excited about. The win at Greer was solid, but they had a Freshman transfer playing in his first game at the QB position.

If I had to predict at this point, 8-2 looks possible, if we stay healthy and focused and 9-1 is possible. However, 7-3 could happen if we don't stay focused as we are not good enough to win by just showing up.

Dorman, again has played two games that are like Alabama versus Southern Bugtussle City College so we can deduce something about them, but they don't get a real challenge until October when they face Spartanburg, Gaffney and Byrnes in three consecutive weeks. My thoughts.... Even though they have not been challenged, they will be up to the challenges when they come.

Gaffney is Gaffney, you know what you are going to get and you better bring your "A" game.... especially at the Reservation. I have seen games at The Reservation where the Indians were 20 point underdogs and win by 20.

All I can say, whomever draws the #3 and #4 seeds from Region 2 will have a difficult First Round in the playoffs.

I'm thinking about entering the transfer portal!

I have been somewhat out of the loop lately due to running my own shop and just haven't had the time. I mean here it is 4:18 am and I am at it already. I will say I was shocked at the Byrnes vs NW score. So I will give it a go as to what my feelings about this season holds in the future.

Though Byrnes has had two wins so far I am not convinced they are fully ready yet(still early in the season). And I must say, I have not been impressed with coaching for quite some time now. Lane...While a good man (that I do respect more than people realize) just was not a coach that seemed to demand discipline(just my opinion). And Reggie Shaw....Seems like he is not much of a hands on Head Coach. Seems to delegate more than actually get his hands dirty(again...just my opinion). The days of ENDLESS pursuit of perfection seem to have dwindled off.

As for the players...Im not really in a position of knowledge to make comments. Just have not personally watched them practice or play(praying that changes soon and I can retake my seat in the stands(miss those days).

I think from my limited knowledge on this years team......7 and 3 maybe 8 and 1 seems about right. But.....Maybe they will change my mind soon.

Again....This post is just my thoughts and not meant to offend the weak of mind that plagues the world today. God Bless
If you cant walk it..You prolly shouldnt talk it!!
