Defense for Greenwood played really hard. Pippin called too many predictable plays to win this. I don't get why we don't get Tolbert the ball more. He scored our only touchdown.

Expected this. Kids played hard as they could. Coaches didn't put them in position to win.

Had our chances. Couldn't do anything on offense.

Needed to go fast on offense! Took too much time to call plays. We had them off balance and tired with the hurry up...... Then Pippin slows down the pace? Don't get that

Outcome not really a surprise. Is Lauren's suddenly a power? No. But school is out for this year in Greenwood. Lame duck coach at this point. Obviously Pippen, and probably the coaches on staff, are spending time planning their options for next year. And the team, that wasnt great to begin with, picks up on that and lose whatever intensity they had. I guess Pippen did the right thing by announcing his leaving when he did so Greenwood could start some contact behind the scenes with head coaching targets. But it took any edge off the rest of this year as far as the team.
