Beaufort is coming in to this game with a record of 0-4. The Eagles are avg. 16 points a game and giving up 45 points a game. Beaufort is coming off a 56-21 loss to Blythewood. The Eagles have a record of 0-3 in away games so far this season.

Effingham County is coming in to this game with a record of 1-4. The Rebels are avg. 26 points a game and giving up 29 points a game. Effingham County is coming off a 49-34 loss to Burke County Georgia. The Rebels have a record of 1-3 at home so far this season.

Beaufort beat Effingham County 21-13 at Home last season. Both Teams are struggling this season. Who will get the win???? Will Beaufort get their 1st win of the 2019 season or will Effingham County get their 2nd win of the season?

I am really looking forward to my trip to Effingham County. I have not been there since playing there My Senior Year of High School at Beaufort and that was way back in 1989. That was Beaufort's only trip there.

Kickoff for this game is This Friday Night October. 4th at 7:30 PM in Effingham County's Stadium which is in Springfield Georgia.

Hey Penguin. I sure hope that you are wrong about that. I hope that we are able to get some wins soon. At least the rest of our Schedule shouldn't be hard as the first 4 games. May River will be Beaufort's toughest game out of their last 5 games. Penguin are you going to try and make some games this season?

This Georgia-South Carolina battle is Tomorrow Night. I can't wait!!!! This game should be a good close game. I know that Effingham County traveled well last year to Beaufort so I know that their Home Side will be filled with fans. I hope that Beaufort can bring a good crowd as well.

In order for Beaufort to win this game The Eagles Defense must tackle well in this game and wrap up the Rebel Players. The missed tackles killed Beaufort last week against Blythewood. Beaufort's defense must also blitz and put some pressure on Effingham County QB Zach Garcia. Garcia has a great arm and can also kill you running the football. Garcia's favorite target is WR Randy Scott. So Beaufort's DB'S must keep Scott in front of them and also try and not let him catch the football. Beaufort's DB'S also must not let the Rebel Receivers have a 10 yard cushion and let them catch the football before tackling them.

Beaufort's Offense should have the same game plan as last week and try and mix it up running and throwing the Football. Beaufort QB Tyler Haley had a big game last week and needs to have another big game this week in order for the Eagles to win this game. The Eagles Offense must get the ball in James Dagin's hands either by handing the ball off to him or throwing the football to him. Dagin is the playmaker on Beaufort's team. So I hope to see him have a BIG GAME.

Effingham County has a good team and is better then their 1-4 record. But I think that Beaufort matches up well with them. The Rebels aren't as strong as the 4 teams that Beaufort has already played though. So this is a very winnable game for My Eagles. Beaufort just has to play better on Defense and cut out the penalties.

As for my prediction on the game......I will say.....

Effingham County 28
