This is it!! For all the region marbles! The team who wins this gets a 1 seed bracket and they get to keep their undefeated streak alive. Should be a good ole fashioned slobber knocker. Byrnes is coming in with a 7-0 record and is led by RB Rajai Harris. While Dorman is also coming in with a 7-0 record and is led by Kade Bowyer & Noah Alberry as this is a great defensive team. While I feel like Byrnes will be able to compete and score some points with Dormnan I still have to give Dorman the edge.

24-17 Dorman

I like Byrnes just simply because its in Duncan. These two teams have a lot of similarities. Going to be a lot of fun. Shaw came in, broke the train down, put it back together and Byrnes gets a chance to make a statement on Friday night.

Yeah, this is gonna be a good one. I don't see any one team running away with it.
I got a Waffle House dinner riding on this game (Relax, it's not a bet brokered on this site). Go Rebels. At home will help.

Sure is some nice weather we been having. How bout them Cirrus clouds?....Cirrusly...

I usually have a pretty firm decision when predicting these games. But cant predict this one. Two best in the upstate getting together. And probably wont be the last time this season. Home field a slight advantage for Byrnes. But like most games like this, probably come down to special teams, turnovers, and just the lucky breaks of the game. Game of the year to this point. I'd go early. The crowd will be huge.

Finally after this game I will know the answers to some questions I have about Byrnes this year.
I watch them & they look really good, Friday night I feel like we will actually play a really good team. Dorman should test us in every phase of the game, so win or lose I really want to see where we are as a team. I feel like we are right there, about to be back to a legit state title contender year in & year out. LETS GO REBELS!!!! :D

I agree. Byrnes gets a chance to make a statement Friday night. Dorman has been the best upstate team the last 5-6 years, but the game is at Nixon Field and Byrnes doesnt lose there often. Like is said earlier, Shaw has put the train back together and Friday night is a statement game for Byrnes.

i have seen them both and dorman has a huge advantage defensively that will negate any home field advantage the rubbles have plus the cavaliers always play well on the road any season. gaffney had 500 yards of offense on byrnes even with the qb hobbling around on a sprained ankle the entire second half! i expect dormans starters to be on the bench for the whole fourth quarter if not longer. that is just my unbiased opinion of course to go along with a few facts.

Unbiased? Name says otherwise. LMAO.
500 yards, AND a 27 point deficit? Wow!!! Needed about 400 more.
