I must admit that I was wrong and BEF was right. The extremely difficult early season schedule has proved to be a bell weather for the Beaufort Eagles. Congratulations to Beaufort and now we take on Walterboro and the Fighting Amanda O'Nans from preppie Island.

Hey Penguin. Like I said I truly believe that the tough early season schedule will help Beaufort in the later part of the season and the playoffs. Even though Beaufort is 2-5 the Eagles I believe have a good team this season. The Eagles are on a 2 game win streak and I hope that they keep it up.

Yeah Baby!!!! I am so happy right now after My Beaufort Eagles Football Team beat previously undefeated and #4 ranked May River 27-21 last night. My Beaufort Eagles really looked good last night. I want to say a big thanks to the Beaufort Coaches on a well called game. May River has a very good team and I wish them the best in the rest of their season.

I will celebrate this big win by My Eagles all weekend. . Beaufort's offense has really looked good these past 2 weeks with Eagles Backup QB Daniel Phares leading the offense and Beaufort changing to a more run option offense. Phares had a great night running the football as did Beaufort RB'S James Dagin and Amarriee Morris. The Eagles Offensive Line played a good game also. Beaufort does still have to cut out the stupid penalties though. But overall they played a great game.

Beaufort's defense held May River high powered rushing attack in check for most of the night. Since Beaufort's "D" was stopping the Sharks rushing game May River tried throwing the ball but The Sharks QB didn't look good at all throwing the football. May River tried coming back in the 4th Quarter but Beaufort's Defense held on to preserve the Eagles win. Beaufort's defense is getting better. They are young and it is taking them time to gel. But I do think they are getting better every game.

Most people didn't give Beaufort a chance to win this game. But like I tried telling people this Beaufort team has played a tough schedule this season and playing those tough teams are making the Eagles a better football team. Beaufort seems to always play well at home also. This Beaufort team is playing great at the right time and I think they have a great chance of winning the Region 7 4A title and also doing well in the playoffs.

Beaufort has 2 BIG REGION games left in the Regular Season, at Hilton Head next week and then finish up the regular season at Colleton County. If Beaufort plays like they have played the last 2 weeks they should win these games. I am so anxious for these games. GREAT WIN LAST NIGHT EAGLES!!!! I am so proud of y'all!!!!

Gotta hand it to ya BEF.....that was your best pick of the year....although you pick Beaufort every time your bound to win!!! And dang....you almost picked the score correctly!!
