Might be the best first round match-up in the upstate.....who ya got and why ?

Gaffney should handle The Bearcats Mikey....but thats why they play the game. Rock Hill played some really good games and some really not so good games.
Now i have only seen RH in person once this year...and Clover put an air raid on them early and you could see it took the air out of them by halftime....28-0 or 28-3 @ half.

Taking the Indians because they can score, and will load up against the RH run game
Surely they will play 6, 7, and even 8 men boxes against the Cats. Stop the run and beat RH
also hope they have a short yardage defense/plan, which NW did not have
1 caution Indians. Do NOT think you can throw against #27 for RH. He will eventually make you pay, a big time player

I dont think it will be quite the matchup that some think. Rock hills region might have been the weakest 5A region in the state. Think that went a long way, also helped by a very easy OOC schedule, to why Clover is undefeated. Never say never, but of both teams play their B game, dont see Gaffney having a problem.

Gaffney is up 10-6 @ halftime. Rock Hill has played a really solid first half. If they keep the pressure on the Qb, Rock Hill can beat them. Finally some great football weather.

Story of the half...Gaffney has the ball 1st and goal on the 4 yard line and cant score. Starts throwing the ball and only comes away with 3 points.

Gaffney wins but had a lot of trouble with RH's blitzing. Gaffney better come up with a plan on offense to combat this. It would have been a game if RH had any offense at all
