Anybody know where this game will be played? GCA has home field in bracket but apparently has no field.

Possibly Benedict, they have played some games there in the past. They have played most of their games this season at a rec field that is nowhere close to meeting the seating requirements for 3rd round. No matter what Gray is gonna have to fork out a lot of $$$, it might be more cost effective for them to just come to Abbeville, but I doubt that will happen. We should know something at the beginning of the week.

I dont think it matters where they play. Abbeville might be amused just to see if it is easier to mash people on a turf field.

Barnwell and Timberland(We used to play them EVERY year) are two tough teams down in the lower state. Don't award the trophy to Abbeville just yet. There is ALWAYS something about a team trying to get that 5th straight. It ALWAYS seems like something gets in the way. When we were going for our 5th straight Chapman beat us. 5 straight has been LARGELY unobtainable throughout the years.

They might move it now because Benedict College want too much money from the SCHSL. Could be moved to Newberry College. We have to wait and see.

Why not Chapin High,Newberry High or Mid-Carolina High.

Most high schools aren't big fans of GCA and how they operate - I'd doubt any of them would let GCA use their field.
