Congratulations to Saluda. Wow! I expected a much closer game. Barnwell clearly is not up to snuff with Region 2. Two whippings in two years.

Congratulations to SaludaTigers. They were the better team tonignt. Their QB #8 and receivers were the difference in the game. Their receiver #7 was lights out for them .Warhorses dropped some passes early in the game. Give credit to Saluda's defense in holding Warhorses to a low 14 points.Their lowest output of the year.Give credit to both these teams as they were the last two teams standing . Congratulations to Barnwell on a great year but came up short in this game .

Saluda's QB is the real deal. Played better than some
college QBs I have seen this season. Barnwell 's #3 is a stud, but while much bigger, Barnwell couldn't match Saluda 's quickness. Saluda is a very well coached team. Just observations from an oldtimer.

From what i heard from the radio announcers the Saluda QB is not being recruited by any college, and they were not happy about it, and they were neutral announcers, not Saluda's announcers. They said politics and cronyism is ruining college football except for the elite teams at the top. I agree with them.

I heard he had a few small colleges recruiting him. Sad that a top 7 finalist for SC Mr Football is not getting more love. Most sites have him as aPro style QB. Definitely a dual threat. Young man has talent. Not seeing a lot of love for #7 either. He plays much bigger than listed (6’1” 170 lbs) and s FAST with great hands. Young RB 22 is solid too and will be tough to handle the next 2 years. BIG CONGRATS TO SALUDA.
