Shrine Bowl Jersey

I found a Shrine Bowl practice jersey at a thrift store a few years ago. Did they ever sell these, or did some player just get rid of theirs?
It looks like the one Golson is wearing in the picture on this article, but is #12.

Don't think they were ever sold except maybe by individual players at yard sales or such. Maybe donated to thrift store also

I didn't think they sold them. Here is the list of players that wore 12 from the years this jersey is from using my best guess.
