Battery Creek High School will appeal their new reclassification. The Dolphins want to drop from 3A to 2A. It will be interesting to see if their Appeal is approved.

I am hearing Irmo, Chapin and Ridgeview in the Columbia area.

West Oak appealing to be in AA

Yup, Battery Creek is out there by themselves.

they aren't exactly gonna be a much better shape in AA...just them and Ridgeland-Hardeeville...everything else in Region 6 is gonna be as long or longer trip for them than AAA

Why and when these SC high schools are appealing realignment

Starting Tuesday, schools wishing to appeal their South Carolina High School League’s 2020-22 realignment position can do so before their classes executive committees. Ridge View will go first Tuesday morning, followed by Irmo. Those are the only scheduled appeals for Tuesday. The others will go Wednesday and Thursday.

Schools had until last week to announce if they were going to appeal.
