Credit to 96 for that one...but it was a fluke. Atown is susceptible to these type of upsets occasionally, mostly because we are unable to adapt to game situations, unable to adjust, because we just don't adjust. We do what we do and that is it. Most of the time it's enough. Occasionally though, we lose to a lesser team because of it. See Abb vs Saluda this past year....a perfect example. In 2017 we somehow scraped by Bamberg. A great athlete saved us against Southside Christian in 2018. This past year bit us though. A little diversity would go a long way, just a little bit mind you. May sound critical, but, be assured I am a HUGE fan, I just believe that as good as we are, we can be even better. I also still scratch my head over our tinkering with our backfield personal last year. I still cannot understand why we did that. It did NOT make us better. Sorry, but, I am still ticked off how the season ended, and, certain decisions did not help the situation, IMO. Of course, there are more important things going on right now, hope everyone stays healthy and are able to maintain.
