Doctor Fauci says that even if the virus goes
away this summer he is fairly sure it will
return in the fall.if it is 18 months before
we have a vaccine i don't think we will
have a football season.some of the treatments
they are testing may help but they say
it takes 6 months or more to get approved
for wide spread use.Life has changed in the
U.S.A. and i think it will take at least a
couple of years to get back near what we
are use to.JUST MY OPINION.

It all depends if school is in or not. If school is in, then yes, we will have sports.
It will be extremely difficult to say a sporting event with 3,000 people, OUTDOORS, spread out among a large stadium is more dangerous than 25-30 people crammed in a classroom, INDOORS, for 90 minutes at a time.
If school is cancelled, yes, athletics will go also. But, if school is in, sports will be played. The same thing with now. If Gov. McMaster had not cancelled school, then sports would still be going on.

In terms of the 4 month look down the line, there is so much unknown with this illness. We do not know if it is seasonal, we have no hard evidence with the effects of warm weather on THIS virus. In the case of every other virus, warm weather makes it extremely difficult to spread.

If school is not in for the fall, in South Carolina, then our entire economy is in so much trouble that we need to worry less about football and more about the start of a Depression. This would mean our entire country has been shutdown for 2 quarters.
