Most will say this document doesn't hold water and there is truth to that. There is NO document that covers you 100%. With that said, this document is as close as can be to iron clad, assuming the school follows the procedures put in place by the SCHSL. For someone to be successful in a suit against a school district, they would need to be able to prove that the coaches/players/administrators did not follow proper procedures. This is the same kind of form students sign each year for injuries.
