I don't see why there is reason to complain about the SCHSL. It was formed by member institutions and the constitution was constructed by those member institutions. The lead member of the SCHSL has stated on numerous times that he will enforce what ever the member institutions want to enforce. I.E. He will enforce the rules voted by the members.

HOWEVER

Time and time again, said members have violated the rules that THOSE said members voted on. Those schools took to the courts.

Some suits have lost, and some have won. Each time member schools have cried against the rules that those same member schools have agreed to follow.

So my questions are these:
-If you vote to have a rule (no matter what that rule might be) why would you sue if that rule is imposed on you?
------I guess I don't have another question....

So in conclusion:
If members create an institution and then use procedure to restrict that institution; why would said institution try to limit/direct it's members?

I'm in no way a fan of how the League rules, but they are just a conduit of the members schools.

If the member schools don't want to follow the rule THEY put in place, then the League is hog tied.
