I read the entire thing. To summarize, the writer of this editorial (a former school administrator from Summerville) believes that the SCHSL should have never even voted on the Lexington plan and that Lexington had no grounds or standing to present a proposal to be voted on. Instead, they voted on it and said "No", leading to the appeal to Appellate Panel, and then to the pushback on a final vote to August 10.
