I WAS ASKED TO FORGET ABOUT THE 4 CENTS, THEY HAD NO PENNIES, I RAISED HELL AND AFTER TWO MANAGERS, I MADE THEM GIVE ME A 4 CENT GIFT CARD, FROM THIS DAY FORWARD, I WILL PAY THE CASH AND USE MY DEBIT CARD TO PAY THE REMAINING CENTS, SCREW THEM, ROUNDING UP.

Talked to my brother who is a CEO of a Credit Union and sits on the Board for the Credit Union League for the State. He explained to me that until the Federal reserve goes back to work full capacity there will be a shortage of coin because people in general hoarding it in coin jars as such and they are not making as much as they usually do. Plus he explained the cost to make a penny almost exceeds the value of a penny nowadays. The problem is the tax rates make it almost impossible to get rid of and round everything to a Nickle and up. His explanation, not mine!! Keep getting your gift cards!! LOL
