I have a question, are we not still in Phase 1.5, or did I miss the memo and we have gone to 2.0 and they haven't posted the new guidelines yet?? If so then helmets are not allowed at this point.

People have started to just do what they want. Legion baseball was cancelled, but the teams got together and played their season anyway. They just said "we are not sponsored by the legion" although they were.
