It wasnt a game set up .8 plays and out .touch the qb he down .(someine had ti remind sumter a few times.)
We accomplished what we set out to do.
They did not score on our 1s.we ran a limited playbook.
Niether team looked game form.
Both had bright spots.boone is a load but after we adjusted i thought we did fine against him. Plus capers and another kid .are good athletes .
I had to guess who they had out on d.99 (his number sat)boone rarely was out for them.
Our passing was good our kicking game was good.
Did i feel we lost anything no.i would feel confident in playing them in a game.
Both our qbs looked good our #1 was expected to .pleasantly surprised by our 2.
Trainee ref crews 11 of them give or take .glad they are trying to learn.
They are big qnd very quick on d line.over all i thought we were faster at a lot of positions .
So i dont really see as there could have been a real winner.
8n a game we probably wouldnt have went 3 deep in positions .they may have aswell in some spots.i di not believe we will see a defensive front like that again till playoffs.
#1we looked better than i thought we would .#2 i didnt leave thinking oh boy that wasnt good.
#3 it was good seeing the kids relieved coaches coaching.
Live football is good for the soul .

To really whole heartily take anything absolute from a non game set up scrimmage except where you did things well and where you didnt woukd be foolish.
We subbed a bunch id imagine they did too in spots.im not familar enough with there team to know anyone exceot boone and capers. We both got what we needed out of it.witch was live action scenarios .against unfamiliar players. I was pleased and surprised in some spots for us.
Nothing i saw from us was disconcerting.
I thought they had some bright spots aswell.
Talk to few people on there side .they worried as everyone else is about that team 1400 Old Tamah Rd in irmo.
Im on the football no stress express this year.imma enjoy every damn play as mu h as i can.
We coukd be not playing at all.

For several years Sumter would get off to a slow start but then get it together before the region games. They won't have that opportunity this year. Didn't they advance to 4A-1 championship game a few years ago after losing a couple of non-region games early? (The year pulled off that come-back win in the semi-finals at Summerville.)
Where is BBrown? He always posts the most detailed and honest summary's of Sumter's games.
