Aynor returns all 6 offensive linemen from last year(And they were strong as heck). They have a great Weight lifting team. Nobody around the state is talking about this game. Our offense will be unstoppable we a squad made up entirely of almost ALL seniors. But the defense has to prove themselves. This game will tell me alot about what our defense is looking like. You can't make any judgements about the defense because this is the first game of course but It will be a measuring stick because Aynor's Ground and pound is tough.

Aynor stuns top-ranked Dillon

From the onset, it was clear the Blue Jackets’ offense was going to control the clock with its assortment of runs between and outside the tackles. It hardly mattered that two of Allen’s starting offensive linemen were injured in the last seven days and were unable to play.

Allen, the former long-time assistant coach (and Aynor grad) has created a swagger, especially late in games. Offensive lineman Colby Todd credited a large chunk of that toward assistant coach Andrew Fox, also the team’s strength and conditioning coordinator.

Hard fought game again, Dillon 40 Aynor 34
Maybe last years game wasn't a fluke and Aynor has raised it's level of competitive play.

Dillon outlasts Aynor in thriller

Dillon survived a late Aynor comeback Friday night, pulling out a 40-34 win over the team that ended their 52-game region winning streak last year.

The Blue Jackets (1-1, 0-1 region) upset the Wildcats 38-30 in 2019 and went on to secure their first region title since 1989. On Friday, the Wildcats avenged that loss.
