Uniforms

Post by racincowboy02 »

Ok after looking at some of the highlights from this past weekend i gotta couple of questions. When did Stratford start wearing a black helmet with a red S on it they typically wore a red helmet white facemask with the black S from what i can remember and when did summerville go to an all white uniform. That doesn't even look right especially when you think summerville you think green pants and and either yellow jersey or white jersey

Joe Call-Mckissicks grandson brought in the white helmets about 3 years ago.
They have worn them maybe 5 times.
Friday night was only about the second time they have ever worn all white together.
They used to wear white jersey and white pants with the green helmets alot on the road
Or white jersey and gold pants with green helmets..

Those all whites with White hats were kind of spiffy looking. I like that look. Beaufort has White hats but rarely wears them. As for Sadfort, didn't care for those all blacks, especially the black hat. Guess the players made those choices. Whatever it did for Sadfort was positive considering they upset Duck Ditch.

Beaufort has chosen to play in Green over white at home, and white over green on the road. Green hats. Nice clean look. Saw a lot of teams wearing same colors this year.

Summerville must have plenty of money to have 2 helmets for each player

Those uniforms are really nice. The gold helmet stripe and gold background for the S on the side looks awesome. I like it.

Woodland may have the most combinations possible in the state. They have all green and all white along with a green helmet and a white helmet. They were white cleats with both combinations. This past Friday versus Timberland they brought out a new combination...all black including black helmet and black cleats.

wow those helmets are $400 a piece, so buy 100 and you're down 80K. Then poor mouth about not making any money this year

not saying any particular team, just in general

tough to say, hey man, we're hurting and then get in your Mercedes and drive off
