Looking forward to Abbeville being back in Columbia on Friday. I know absolutely nothing about Marion. What type of offence do they run? Do they run predominantly or are they balanced on offense? Also are they quick on defense?

Marion puts all of their stats on MaxPreps. They have attempted 13 passes the entire season. Their QB does literally EVERYTHING for them. Stack the box and stop him and you name your score.

Go ahead and size your rings on Monday and check that off your to-do list.

This game should be over after about 5 minutes, there is no way Marion can give Abbeville anything from the film I have seen. If they have a drive cross the 50 I will be surprised.

On paper Abbeville should win. But stop giving teams the trophy before the game is played. Many gave them that against saluda but look what happen. Never ever underestimate a team. On any given night anyone can be beat.

Barnwell played Marion in the 2nd round of the playoffs and ran up and down the field on them, they only lost the game due to their mistakes. I don’t thyMarion had 100 yards of offense and Barnwell’s defense was HORRIBLE. The thing Marion did that stood out to me, they play like three linemen in there backfield. These guys are like minimum between 250 lbs to 300 lbs and #1 at tailback is kind of fast. As for their defense, let’s put it like this, I don’t see ATown putting in this game. I’m not the one to not give a team any chance before the game is played but Marion has ZERO chance of winning this game.

Good luck. I did had the pleasure to see Abbeville play at hite stadium last year. Great atmosphere and friendly people. Atown is a great team. I do think they win but dont count victory until the clock says zero when atown is up. Remember bishop England and how every one said it would be an atown romp they can name the score. Well the results were different. Not saying its going to happen but stranger things has happen
