Hey making Sitterle the oline and oc coach is basically making him the head coach. His philosophy is his offense is his defense . Pound you into submission. The difference in those two couldn’t be more stark. One sets up 1st through 4th down the other is wondering what fake punt to run in a situation that he doesn’t need to.
