R.I.P. Charles Peterson (Pete)

one of the great high school football players I've ever seen, and went in the first round of the MLB draft

Saw him his senior year in high school against my lions!
We were able to hold him down somehow. Then ironically both teams made it to the state championship game that year. I remember walking into Williams Brice with 3 minutes left in the 4A game before our game . We were in the end zone where he made the diving catch. One of the best plays I ever saw.
