Well it’s hard for the head man not to be the head man.
If your not used to his style it can be unsettling.
If you want to win I’d listen
If you can’t set aside hearing the truth and bluntness he’s not the guy for you.
I wondered if he also could set aside his ego. But the difference is the results. And obviously they know that also or they wouldn’t be bringing him in.
When he was at Daniel there was a group of people that didn’t like that he didn’t play their politics.

If you were critical of his style he blew you off.
It’s definitely a my way or hwy situation.

He's won everywhere he's been, including SCISA 8-man. He knows the veer, for sure.

He needs the space for all his rings and trophies. Gene Cathcart knows how good he is . Bet you wish you still had the branch off that coaching tree.
And yeah it takes more than one guy but if you don’t have an identity you have nothing.

Sitterle may he a jerk, I have never met the man. But I will say this, he is without a doubt the best offensive line coach I have ever seen in this state. And that includes the college level. He should give clinics on an offensive line that gets off the football.
