Valdosta high has been fined $5,000 by GHSA. Some players they used last season are ineligible and they will probably have to forfeit games. Plus they're ineligible for playoffs next year.. High price to pay for a few wins and a coach that already had bad baggage when they hired him. People may not like Knott's but I feel he is way above doing something like this.

Knotts had his shot at Valdosta as he supposedly was the guy they wanted a few years back, but he decided he would stay at DF. Good decision. He pretty much has an easy road in SC outside of 2 or 3 teams that may can play with them in any given year. That isn't the case in Georgia.
